Lyfecoin is looking for a fractional General Counsel to help with general startup legal concerns such as business entity formation filings, counsel, and strategy, managing intellectual property considerations, business finance and tax law filings, counsel, and strategy, including trading in securities, as required, contracts / hiring, internal operating documents and processes, brand and product claims and compliance, insurance, user terms and agreements, data policy, general compliance, and any other legal matter facing the business as it gets off the ground and beyond, including litigation, as required. The role will be both advisory and executional, and on a part-time, as-needed basis, with a focus on compliance, security (protecting internal people, assets, and the business overall), optimization (capitalizing on the equity advantages and tax credits of emerging growth businesses), and building infrastructure designed to scale. Lyfecoin is looking for a Health partner who can ensure compliance, suggest user health and happiness benchmarks and programs, manage some health related platform insights and reporting, make strategic recommendations for the business, design, and partnerships, supervise commerce claims, and serve as a bridge with the medical industry at large. Overall, Lyfecoin is not at this time positioned as a traditional medical platform, however the dialogue is one that is concerned with care and health generally, and it is meaningful to make this connection.
